All orders are placed through the Paypal system, a
100% secure server. We will send a reply email with the confirmation of
your order. Each piece is handmade, so please allow 2-3 weeks for
delivery. Rush orders available upon request.

White Peacock Designs uses glass and natural-stone beads. Please note
that natural-stone beads are not machine-made and therefore may have
variations in color and shape.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation, unless otherwise specified. If you need it sooner, please
let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you.
Domestic shipping and handling is $5.95 for up to $300.00 USD.
Shipping $300.01 and above is $11.95 USD.

out shipping costs for you.
Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your tiara or jewelry item, it may
be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please
send an email to
returns@whitepeacockdesigns.com to begin processing your request.
Orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping
is non-refundable. The tiara must be in its original condition and
packaging and shipped back with tracking. Please insure returns, for we
cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.
We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been worn.
